Tree-lined Crosscroft street at golden hour

Neighborhood Guidelines

Living in Crosscroft

A few shared agreements that help keep our streets safe, our yards welcoming, and our neighbors at ease.

Final guidelines will be added once reviewed by Community Affairs.

Parking

Park in driveways whenever possible. Overnight street parking should be the exception, not the rule. Please keep mailboxes, fire hydrants, and neighbors' driveways clear.

Noise & Quiet Hours

Please keep amplified music, yard equipment, and loud gatherings mindful of neighbors — especially before 8 a.m. and after 9 p.m.

Pets

Dogs must be leashed on common walks and streets. Please pick up after your pet — every time. Bagged waste belongs in your own bin, not the storm drain.

Yards & Exterior

Keep lawns, hedges, and walkways tidy. Significant exterior changes (fences, additions, repainting) should be coordinated with Community Affairs before work begins.

Being a Good Neighbor

Introduce yourself when someone new moves in. Bring a trash bin back from the curb if you see one out. Small kindnesses make Crosscroft feel like home.
